The space Casa Nino II is a bright apartment (2nd floor). In a contemporary / warm / comfortable style, it has been carefully decorated to make visitors feel at home. Two French windows with their respective balconies open the living room onto old Lisbon. The southern exposure provides permanent natural light from morning to evening. Modern and functional, we also wanted it to be comfortable. The apartment includes: - A living room with two sofas, a 42 "LCD TV. - A double bedroom with a large dressing room & full-length mirror - A bathroom with bathtub (1m50) and storage - A fully equipped kitchen, with a view of the National Assembly. The devices are modern and easy to use: • Toaster, Italian coffee maker, kettle and other small household appliances • Hob (gas), oven and microwave • Combi Fridge and Freezer • Cutlery, crockery and kitchen accessories • Table for 4 people Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their entire stay (except in emergencies: water damage, accidents, etc.) Other things to note Our visitors, upon their arrival, are independent for their check-in. All information for easy access to the building and the apartment is provided before the stay. We remain fully available by messaging / SMS / audio / video call, when our visitors arrive. For our visitors who prefer to be received by one of our external collaborators (reception + presentation of the apartment), an additional cost is collected in cash during the check-in. The amounts are as follows: - 20€ between 03:00 p.m. and 08:00 p.m. - 30€ between 08:00 p.m. and 00:00 a.m. - 40€ between 00:00 a.m. and 07:30 a.m. Indeed, someone comes specially and this amount is used to remunerate this service, in particular the ride. thanks for understanding Neighborhood without car access for guests : no parking or even traffic authorized with no identified car as riparian one.
