Zimbali Suites 414 is a two bedroom apartment fitted with a queen size bed as well as two twin beds. The unit is equipped with TV, DSTV and is air-conditioned. The space Our space is unique in that it is not only exclusive but it also offers all the services and amenities of a five-star hotel and coastal resort right on your doorstep. Guest access Guests will have access to the unspoiled beaches of the Dolphin Coast. A host of activities are accessible to Zimbali Suite guests via the hotel shuttle service, including: - golfing at the Zimbali Country Club (a Tom Weiskopf designed international championship golf course), - 5 outdoor swimming pools, - the Health Club (a fully equipped gymnasium), - a vibrant beach club, - a driving range, - two all weather, floodlit tennis courts, - a bar and lounge facility, - the Willow Stream Spa, and - the Y-Universe Kids Club offering fun entertainment for kids. Other things to note No Day Visitors/Guests permitted other than the occupants that are registered to stay in the property. The Renter undertakes to adhere to the Rules of Zimbali and the Property. It is recorded that:- a) Zimbali adheres to Diplomatic Security and that the Identity documents of all occupants (maximum 2 including children and infants) is required by Platinum Destinations at least 7 days prior to occupation. b) No smoking is permitted in the villa c) The renter will not tamper with any electronic or manual equipment on the property d) The renter will upon check-in, sign an agreement with ZEMA setting out the rules and regulations of the Estate including conduct, speed limits, etc. e) Zimbali does not permit the Renter to have visitors during their stay at Zimbali. f) no more than 1 motor vehicles are allowed on the property g) Zimbali is an eco-estate and certain codes of conduct and behaviour is expected from the Renter who will be required to sign a document acknowledging this upon arrival at the Zimbali Welcome Centre on the day of the Renter’s arrival. h) The Renter is always required to be in possession of adequate travel and medical insurance for all occupants for the duration of the occupational interest and Indemnifies Platinum Destinations for any loss, damage or injury. In particular, the swimming pool presents an obvious danger to non-swimming children since pools are openly accessible. It is imperative that parents take full responsibility for their children and occupants.. i) Whilst Platinum Destinations will make every effort possible to ensure that the Renter occupies the Villa number specified above, Platinum Destinations may, due to unforeseen circumstances allocate an alternative Villa number to the Renter, which Villa will be of the same standard and size as that indicated above.
