This luxurious detached barn is located near countryside & beaches & boasts a roaring wood burner (perfect for those snuggly winter evenings), private drive & free parking for 2 vehicles. The emphasis here is on amazing views, luxury, privacy & relaxation. The space The "Feel" - Clearwater View Barn feels coastal and breezy, with bright, fresh colours and plenty of seating for relaxing or sharing a glass of something chilled. Free Parking for 2 vehicles (secure, private and gated) Self Check In - there's nothing worse than having to "hang around" for your host to check you in - we have a lockbox situated outside the barn for easy key access at your convenience. Hi speed WIFI and table workspace The Garden - has amazing views of the river Teign, local beaches, & the countryside and boasts comfy garden furniture including a dining table with additional cushions and throws to keep the chill off while sat around the fire pit. Also contains a water feature, outdoor lighting, barbecue, tools, garden storage and retractable outdoor washing line. The completely private entrance, driveway and garden really do give you a sense of "getting away from it all". The Kitchen - has a double oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, Tassimo coffee maker, 4 slice toaster, Anker bluetooth speaker, fridge freezer and washing machine / dryer & is very well equipped with everything from a garlic press to a vegetable steamer for cooking and entertaining. The ceiling height in areas is low. The Lounge - has amazing views of the river and countryside, two comfortable sofas a dining table and four chairs, a T.V with Freeview, and the all important wood burner. We're not stingy with our logs, help yourselves from our huge log barn and use them for your wood burner or fire pit during your stay - there's nothing like a roaring fire and a glass of wine or a nice cuppa to relax after a day exploring our beautiful countryside and beaches. The ceiling height in areas is low. The Bedroom - has amazing views of the river and countryside and is furnished with a super comfy bed and luxurious linens, the bedroom also contains a T.V. with Freeview, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, hairdryer, ironing board, lint roller, coat hangers, dressing and vanity mirrors. Bathroom contains a shower, hand, bath and face towels, bath mat, shower mat, second hairdryer, 2 storage cabinets, mirror, toothbrush holder, hand soap dispenser and sanitary bin. The ceiling height in the shower is low. Utility Cupboard - contains everything you might need to help make your stay more comfortable, iron, spare linen, throws, beach towels, blankets, vacuum, mop, bucket and cleaning products. Sleeping Arrangements - Clearwater View has 1 double bed in the bedroom, a double sofa bed in the lounge and a fold away cot. A Little Something "Extra" - we like to think that Teignmouth is a pretty friendly place to stay and so to help you "feel the love" we always like to welcome you to Clearwater View with the following; - Freshly baked home made scones, Devon clotted cream and jam - Bottle of chilled Prosecco on your arrival - An assortment of Teas, Tassimo Coffees, West Country Hot Chocolate and Sugar - Free Range Eggs - Semi-Skimmed Milk - Freshly made ice We also provide:- - a large golfing umbrella - hand sanitiser - hand soap - cleaning products and cloths - dishwasher tablets - washing liquid/fabric softener - notepad and pen - Children's Toy Box - Board Games Guest access Guests can access the barn using self check in. You will have the entire detached barn and its private garden to yourselves. Private secure parking for 2 vehicles is shared with 1 owners vehicle. Other things to note Please note the barn is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.
