Guest access A TWO DAY (2) Advance reservation is required! This is a requirement of the Azure Property Management Office. A Guest Advice form will be emailed to the primary guest contact. This form must be completed and returned along with a copy of a valid passport (foreigners) or Govt ID (Filipino citizens). The names of each guest on the form will be verified during the entry into the resort. Only those verified guests will be allowed access to the resort and verified again for access to the building / unit and beach / pool area. Guests must bring in the PRINTED copy of the APPROVED Guest advice Form. NO WALK-IN VISITORS ALLOWED. Only guests listed on the approved Azure Guest Advice Form are allowed. Typically there is ample parking available directly across from the Miami Tower.
