New Forest cottage. Very close to Paulton’s Park.

Our delightful cottage provides the best of old world charm and modern convenience. It is a pretty 17th Century thatched cottage in a small village, furnished to a high standard with a lovely mature garden. We have a well equipped kitchen and cater for young children with 2 high chairs, travel cots & toys. Located in the New Forest National Park and not far to the coast, Paultons Park & other attractions. My place is good for couples, families with children and small groups. The space The cottage is a traditional thatched cottage at the front which contains a sitting room and downstairs toilet on the ground floor and a double bedroom and bathroom on the upper floor. The sitting room is cosy and has restricted headroom if over 6ft tall, the rest of the house has normal head room. The back of the house is modern, with a semi open plan kitchen, sitting room and dinning room over looking the garden. The kitchen and sitting room area have under floor heating. There is also a unitlity / shower room on this floor. Upstairs there is a further double room and a twin room. The whole house has gas central heating and a combi bolier, so there is always hot water. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of cooking utensils, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave. There is also a bean to cup Jura coffee machine. The washing machine is in the utility room and there is a washing line and pegs outside. As we frequently use the house with our 3 young children there is also suitable cutlery and plastic plates and cups for children to use and toys. The garden is large and secure with two different eating areas and a gas BBQ. Guest access The whole house is for guest use. Other things to note Due to insurance constraints the wood burning stove is not available for use by anyone staying at the cottage.
