It is on the 1st floor of a typical Madrilenian building from the nineteenth century. The building has been fully restored and has an elevator. Available for short and long stays, this apartment has a contemporary atmosphere with stylish designer's furniture and contemporary photographs on the walls. It is very cozy, fully furnished, and well equipped. It has large windows and a balcony that lights up the entire living room, with black-out curtains to ensure that the daylight will not bother you while you are sleeping. Along this "Great Way", as its name translates, there are hundreds of businesses - shops, stores, hotels, banks, restaurants, bars, cinemas and theaters, making it the most important commercial district in the city. Pets are not allowed PLEASE NOTE: - In order to respect the other inhabitants’ peace in this small building and very quiet neighborhood and, it is not permitted to have parties in the flat. - Pets are not permitted. - Non smoking flat (but possible to smoke on the balcony).
