The space In a late nineteenth-century Umbertine building, we offer well-furnished and cozy rooms, equipped with independent air conditioning, double glazing, mini fridge, kettle and hairdryer. The rooms are reset daily and, after the third night of stay, the towels and sheets are changed. Our B&B is located in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II (Metro A stop "Vittorio Emanuele"), in the first district (Center), well connected to the rest of the historic center thanks to the metro and surface public transport. Located between Termini Station and the Colosseum and between San Giovanni in Laterano and Santa Maria Maggiore, a stone's throw from the charming Rione Monti, it is an excellent starting point for a series of walks to discover the city, in its various and evocative historical-artistic faces. Breakfast is not included, but there is a supermarket nearby, and we offer the possibility to purchase vouchers on site to have breakfast at a nearby bar at a discounted price. We personally take care of everything: from reception to greetings before departure, ensuring that the rooms, bathrooms and common areas are carefully cleaned. We are always available to meet your needs and answer your questions, suggesting places to eat or shop, day trips and itineraries, because the beauty of Rome is not only in its museums, monuments, squares and churches, but also in its neighborhoods, streets, alleys and atmospheres to be experienced and enjoyed before reaching the most famous destinations.
