The Guest Suite is front of our residence. We live at the rear permanently. No shared facilities. Situated in a quiet residential location, it is spacious, spotless, well appointed and centrally located to all the attractions and amenities of our beautiful Jervis Bay area. Less than 5 minutes drive to Vincentia beaches, 7 minutes to Huskisson and Hyams Beach, and 2 minutes to Vincentia village shops The space The Guest suite has 2 queen beds and is best suited to 1 or 2 couples, solo travellers, business travellers, mums and dads with younger children (please note: no child safety measures in place). We are also willing to accommodate quiet and respectful groups of up to 4 adults but only if the bed arrangement suits, as guests are NOT permitted to sleep on the lounge. The Guest Suite is the front section of our Residence and is entirely your own space. We, your hosts, reside permanently in the rear section. The two areas are separated by locked solid-core doors in the hallway. There are no shared facilities or rooms with the Residence. The front door of the house is your entry. Self check-in is very simple using the front door keypad. Your code is sent to you on the day of your arrival. The Guest suite has a kitchenette suitable for preparing simple meals. It contains sink, dishwasher, small induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, cookware, crockery and cutlery. Tea and coffee bags, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper, and a small long life milk are provided. There is NO oven. There is a flat-plate BBQ . As there is no exhaust hood for the cooktop, we respectfully request NO shallow or deep frying or preparation/cooking of odourous foods. Thankyou in advance, for your co-operation in complying . Air-conditioning is provided for your comfort. We recommend it be switched off at night when you sleep and also during the day if you are out and about. BYO beach towels. PLEASE NOTE: There is 4 internal stairs on the Guest Suite side of the doors. For your safety, guests are advised to avoid this area. Parking space is provided on the grass near the front door or you may park on the road if you prefer. We request that guests do not stop or park on the driveway. The garage and driveway must remain accessible for us at all times please. We have one pet - a female dog named Sunny. Guest access Guests have access to:- Free Parking on grass near front door or curbside; Private entry via the front door with keyless entry; Entrance hall; loungeroom; kitchenette; bedroom 1 with queen bed; and bedroom 2 with queen bed. There is no laundry facilities. Cafes, restaurants and supermarkets are very close by or a short drive to Huskisson and Vincentia. There is a laundromat at the Vincentia Village Shops 2 minutes drive away. There is an outdoor table and chairs on the front lawn (street side) for guest use. Hose for washing sandy feet is located RIGHT side of house (facing front door), tap is attached to wall next to gate behind bushes. PLEASE check you have turned tap off fully to avoid water wastage. There is one locked cupboard in Bedroom 2. Guests are requested NOT to enter through the gates at the garage side of the house - this is for our (host) access only. Other things to note We hope you will enjoy our peaceful neighbourhood, and we ask that you please minimise noise after 10pm. As we live in the back section of the house, there is potential of hearing us going about our day to day business, and our dog who though generally very quiet, may bark at strange noises.
