Cottesloe Beach House - Oceanfront with Pool

The Cottesloe Beach House is a unique, original 1906 beach house which has been renovated to retain its wonderful beach house charm whilst providing all the comforts of a modern home. Enjoy the ocean front plunge pool, the deck and the poolside daybed as you watch Cottesloe's glorious sunsets and the views to Rottnest Island. The house is close to the Fremantle train line, shops, Cottesloe’s famous restaurants/bars, and of course just across the road from our wonderful long white sandy beach. The space Out of respect for the property and our neighbours, functions, parties or social gatherings of any kind are not able to be held at the house during your stay. If you are planning to have visitors to the property during your stay then please check with the owner prior to booking the property. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each with a toilet, and an open plan living/ dining/ kitchen area that boasts uninterrupted views of the Indian Ocean and Rottnest Island. The front of the house is where it all comes together with a summer shaded deck, a stunning plunge pool and daybed, a built in bbq and outdoor dining table, all with uninterrupted ocean views. The house has reverse cycle air-conditioning (heating/cooling) in the bedrooms and living areas. Bed and bath linen and beach towels are provided as is shower gel and liquid soap in each bathroom. The kitchen is modern and includes a 4 burner gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and a nespresso coffee machine. The house has a smart TV, DVD, stereo with bluetooth connection and wireless internet. Laundry facilities include a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is plenty of free street parking in front of the house. Pets are most welcome, upon request.
