Sunnyside is a 300 year old Cob cottage which has been sympathetically renovated to retain its wonderful character whilst using modern, top quality furnishings and decor to enhance its appeal and comfort. The 2 double bedrooms are serviced by a 'Jack and Jill ' designed shower/toilet room. There is also a second toilet downstairs in the utility room. The cottage boasts 2 woodburners. We, the owners, live just 5 minutes walk away and are happy to assist with any requirements our guests may have where possible. There is driveway/off street parking for 2 cars. St Teath is a friendly, well thought of village with equally respected facilities. It lies just 4 miles from the coast and Port Isaac (of Doc Martin fame). There are many places to visit in the North Cornwall area.
