The space Very quiet address (dead end in front of a park/forest - known as the deer hill) but in the heart of the Port de la Lune, a central point to access the north (Parc des Expos, Bacalan, Pont d'Aquitaine), south (train station, Saint Michel, Euratlantique, La Meca neighborhoods) and center of Bordeaux (Pey Berland, Grand Théâtre, Saint Pierre and Chartrons neighborhoods) in about 7 minutes by car (and 20 minutes by bike by the stone bridge (bike paths) and about 25 minutes by bus - line 16 which serves the best spots in Bordeaux. You'll feel at home just a stone's throw from Bordeaux World Heritage. It has modern comforts while maintaining an authentic 50's character. The large enclosed garden has a shaded terrace with barbecue and hammock. The southwest-facing rooftop offers breathtaking views of the city of Bordeaux and the sunset, from the Arena to the Chaban Bridge via the Saint Michel spire. This cozy and comfortable house is designed to share moments of conviviality. On the first level, an entrance overlooks a large southwest-facing living room with panoramic views of Bordeaux, the garden and a small smoking terrace. The open kitchen has the necessities and basic ingredients for cooking and breakfast. The toilet is on this level. An adjoining studio (or master suite) with independent access and a connecting door to the rest of the house is also located on the ground floor. It consists of a large bedroom, bathroom with bathtub, hallway and kitchenette. It overlooks an independent garden. The beds are modular: 2 single beds or a king size bed. Configuration to be agreed upon together. Crib available. Upstairs, you will have two bedrooms: one with a king size bed, the other with 1, 2 or 3 (on request) single beds and crib, both overlooking the rooftop, large terrace overlooking Bordeaux and the stars... We keep our personal belongings in a third bedroom (my son's) that is closed, which is not rented. Another advantage is the possibility of parking easily and for free all the time of your stay, including, if you wish, in the enclosed garden. The house is located in a cul-de-sac, against the Parc du Cypressat, whose entrance is 200 m from the house. Ideal for a walk in the heart of nature with amazing views of the metropolis or a run (trial... it climbs!). It's hard to be completely comprehensive in a listing. The walls may not be the color of the photos or the sofa may have changed when you arrive. Vehicle spaces in front of the house are therefore always available and free of charge. You can also, if you wish, park your vehicle in the driveway of the garden, closed by a gate, so you will have the key. The "Entre-deux-mers" bus stop (line 16 for example, every 10 to 12 minutes) is 2 minutes from the house. It takes you directly to downtown Bordeaux (Sainte Catherine, Aquitaine Museum or Gambetta) or to tram line A (in 3 minutes)
