The space Positioned at the very heart of Gower AONB in Reynoldston village. Little Avalon is spacious, Spotlessly clean and maintained to a high standard. 10 minute walk to The King Arthur for best pub in Gower. The kitchen is very well equipped and the lounge area has a wood burner and is large and comfortable with sweeping views out across Gower to the Channel and Devon beyond. The are stunning views from rear of the cottage. There is a modern bathroom with power shower and bath, underfloor heating for an extra touch of luxury. The bedroom is quiet and tranquil with a designer king sized bed and luxury mattress. Linens are all provided as are household essentials. There is a private driveway for Little Avalon guests only and the rear patio area is secluded, fully enclosed and also for guests only. The wood fired eco hot tub is superb. Take a little time to heat it up by stoking the fire well ( all part of the fun) and then soak in the deep wooden tub and watch the stars float across the inky night sky. Pet and baby friendly. Guest access Own private driveway parking, keysafe for access. Little Avalon is private and exclusively for guest use. Other things to note No smoking on the property. We normally rent for a minimum of 2 nights but this may vary. In high season we like to rent for a minimum of 1 week on a Saturday to Saturday basis, but please enquire if you are looking for a shorter period. Dogs must not be left alone at the property. There is a charge of £30 per Dog to make sure the place gets an a super clean for our guests, please pay on arrival or online. The log burner and the hot fub fire are laid for a fire and you are supplied with enough logs for a few evenings during the winter for the logburner. extra wood foenthe hot tub can be supplied on request for a small charge. No hot tub use after 11 pm our neighbours are elderly and lovely and we do not wish to disturb them. Please follow rubbish instructions.
