Free parking inside the building for n. 1 small/medium capacity parking space. Elevator that takes you directly to the apartment, a rare and unique feature on the Amalfi Coast. But the apartment can also be reached via comfortable stairs. The living room is air-conditioned, bright and can be accessed directly through two large openings onto the large terrace with swimming pool and is composed of a dining area with a unique ceramic design table (4 seats) and a furnished area with n. 2 sofas. The kitchen, although not very spacious, is fully equipped, extremely comfortable and enjoys a splendid view of the sea. It has a practical side access that allows the easy transport of crockery to the large mosaic table (10 seats) on the terrace, in the pleasant shade of a large gazebo (which can also be used in case of rain).N. 2 bathrooms with shower, sink, toilet, bidet, furnished with typical and fine handcrafted Vietri majolica. No. 3 hairdryers The two independent bedrooms (both with sea view and equipped with individual air conditioning), one with a double bed and the other with a queen-size bed. (small double bed 190 cm x 140 cm) are located in the sleeping area, to access which you need to climb 10 steps. There is the possibility of setting up two additional beds in a third double bedroom with an adjoining small bathroom (without shower), located outside the house, on the terrace. Please make a request in advance for this requirement. No surcharge will be applied. There is a laundry room with sink and washing machine. Beautiful terrace for exclusive use of 150 m2, with a direct 180° view of the sea, equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs, chairs, armchairs and a sofa. Wonderful to enjoy a beautiful sunny day relaxing on the comfortable loungers reading a good book or connecting to the internet via wi-fi. Outdoor shower with hot water. Exclusive swimming pool (1.20 m deep), with internal seating. Excellent for children and teenagers. Private access to the sea with a concrete platform shared with other guests. Possibility of renting motor boats. There is the possibility of organizing transport with a private shuttle driver (price not included) or taxi (price not included), for the stretch of road from the airport or train station of both Naples and Salerno to the chosen apartment. Possibility of excursions with shuttle driver (not included in the price), to the ruins of Pompeii, the ruins of Paestum, the Royal Palace of Caserta, Naples with its exceptional museums, Capri, Sorrento. Travel itineraries to dream about and not to be missed. Hardly anywhere else in the world can you find such a concentration of art treasures and architectural and artistic beauties concentrated in a single geographical area. In the same structure there is a further independent apartment (The small castle of the Moors II°) and this allows large groups of friends or extended families to come together to have splendid holidays together or to participate as guests at a wedding and stay in a same structure (up to 12 beds distributed in the two apartments), while always maintaining its independence and privacy. -All electricity used in the house is 100% exclusively renewable energy. It's a small contribution to better protecting our world. Guest access The guest access is allowed to the whole house, the whole terrace and the small swimming pool, jacuzzi with exclusive use . Free use of wi-fi (accessible from almost the entire terrace / home), the private access to the sea on common platform with the other guests, private parking for one car or mid-sized city cars, to lift which communicates directly with the apartment. Other things to note -The house is about 500 meters from Minori but just 100 meters from the house there is a shortcut with a road made up of steps that allows you to save the walk of about 350 meters. There are just over 60 steps and for people of a certain age and with walking problems, however, they could be challenging, but there is always the possibility of walking the entire road to Minori (exactly 500 meters), without walking steps. - Arrivals in the afternoon or evening or after 8:00 pm or during the night will not be subject to additional costs, but, in any case, must always be agreed upon. Always communicate the means of transport chosen and the time, even if approximate, of arrival. Always alert in case of delay. - The cost for the final cleaning and sanitization of the entire house and terrace, with the use of certified products and the washing and sterilization of sheets, towels and bath towels, for each stay, amounts to € 120. This sum, if it has not already been accounted for and paid in the booking costs, is mandatory to pay in cash at check-in. A specific receipt of payment will be issued. If requested, after a week's stay, the complete change of towels (3 for each person) and sheets, their cost will be paid separately upon delivery of the linen and is quantified in 50 euros. Ditto for cleaning the house after a week (the service will have a cost of 50 euros). The cleaning of the house and any arrangement of clean linen must be done exclusively with the house without the internal presence of guests and will require at least 5/6 hours. No one will be able to enter the house during the cleaning and disinfection operations. -The security deposit will amount to € 300 to be paid in cash at check-in and will be returned, in full in the absence of damage suffered by the property, at check-out, after a necessary and rapid check. A receipt will be issued which will constitute the only title for the return of the same. -For all the months from April to October the tourist tax to be paid for the Municipality of Ravello will be 3 euros per person, for each day of stay (new change approved by the Municipality of Ravello on 20.03.2019). -The tourist tax for the Municipality of Ravello will not be counted for stays from the 7th day onwards. Children under 16 years of age are not subject to the payment of the tourist tax -In compliance with Italian law, for long stays it will be necessary to sign a binding contract at the time of check-in which will not entail any additional costs. -Electricity / air conditioning included in the price up to 100 kWh, for additional consumption, above the threshold of 100kwh, an amount of € 1.00 will be charged for each subsequent kWh, payable in cash at the time of check out, subject to verification by the guest on the electricity meter. The electricity used by the facility is 100% energy from renewable green sources. -The swimming pool will be operational from May 1st to September 30th also depending on the weather conditions. -The private access to the sea with a concrete platform ,accessible from May 15th , is shared with the other guests of the facility (maximum 4/6 other people), but can of course be used exclusively when there are no other people on it. -The steel ladder for descending into the sea from the concrete platform is made available to guests only in the event of long-lasting weather conditions of particularly calm wave motion. -It is forbidden to access the sea platform in the event of rough seas. -It is forbidden to sit on the sofas, inside and outside the apartment with a wet body and/or covered in creams or oils. -It is forbidden to enter the swimming pool with a body covered in creams and oils. The motors and filters of the swimming pool will be irreparably damaged. - Minors, once they have accessed the property, must be looked after and supervised continuously and scrupulously by an adult of the family unit, who will be the only person responsible for their safety and for any damage caused by them. -Upon arrival, tenants must show their passport / identity card (for each traveler) and sign a form for the local authorities. -Guests must respect all regulations in force in Italy, national, regional and local, and all services are provided in accordance with and in compliance with such regulations. --Please always remember that you are staying in a simple private home and not in a luxury hotel. The house has been completely renovated in its very solid walls and electrical systems in accordance with the law, always keeping in mind the restrictive dictates on "historic houses", subject to strict architectural constraints, but undoubtedly the entire structure has a few centuries behind it. But keep in mind that your well-being and happiness are very important and all our energy, strength and attention are directed only in this perspective. It is important to specify this, because for every need of yours, there is always someone who will take care of it. It is our job and we always try to improve, but we are not infallible, nor do we have employees, organizations, resources and tax breaks like a large hotel structure. But you will always have one certainty: we will certainly always be ready to intervene immediately to every report that may reach us. We are operational and at your service, committing ourselves to our work so that everything is comfortable for your stay. A negative review or a simple 4 stars (which for Airbnb parameters is equivalent to a negative review, certainly not flattering), penalizes us greatly and for a period of entire years.
