To that effect, we provide: - Inverter, heater, Wi-Fi - Wardrobe, hangers, torch - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit - Bonfire - Secured parking space for 1 car, additional parking space for 2 cars, 20 metres away The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 3 cosy bedrooms - all on the first floor. - Heater, Wi-Fi access, queen-sized beds and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms. - One bedroom also offers an attached deck with gorgeous mountain views. BATHROOMS - There are 3 bathrooms in the villa - all attached. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - The living room is on the ground floor. It can comfortably seat up to 6 people and overlooks picture-perfect views. - It is equipped with a heater, indoor fireplace and Wi-Fi access. - The dining area is a part of the living room and it offers comfortable seating for up to 6 people. - There is a 1500 square feet garden at the villa and a wooden deck, ideal for breakfast with a view. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and a mixer-grinder. - Crockery and cutlery are also available. FOOD - A chef can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per day. Ingredients will be charged as per actuals. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful stroll on the lawn or enjoy the fresh breeze and beautiful views from the deck. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up, relish a hearty barbecue meal and admire the starry night sky. ADDITIONAL COSTS - Barbecue kit can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per use. Raw materials will be charged as per actuals. - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per session. - Laundry services can be availed at an additional cost. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - This is not a pet-friendly property. - There is a friendly dog residing at the property. - Secured parking space is available for 1 car and additional parking space for 2 cars is available approximately 20 metres away from the property. - In case of a power outage, an inverter is available. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - All mobile networks work fairly well here.
