The space Modernly furnished 3-room apartment for a family of 4 with a huge balcony to the garden under wonderfully fragrant fir trees! 10 minutes to Lake Ammersee. This chic, modernly furnished 3-room apartment of 60 sqm is furnished for a family of 4. Children, even small children, are very welcome. For large families, a second apartment can be rented and connected to this apartment via a connecting door and a small hallway to expand it for up to 8 people. (Long-term registration required!) The apartment is very modern and has (without extension) a children's room with a double bunk bed measuring 2.0 m x 1 m. It is therefore also well suited for older children. There is also a terrace-like large balcony to the back of the garden. Here you can enjoy what you have prepared in the fully equipped kitchen under large fragrant fir trees. The kitchen has a dining table and everything you need for comfortable cooking. You can cook on an induction stovetop. An oven and microwave as well as a dishwasher for the less pleasant part are of course also available. An extractor hood ensures clean air, free of cooking fumes. An espresso machine provides a fresh espresso in between. The Ammersee and the outdoor pool are only about a 15-minute walk away. Here you can relax on hot summer days and cool off in the Ammersee or rent a sailboat and enjoy the sun on the lake. It is also only a 10 - 15 minute walk to the center of idyllic Diessen with its many cozy restaurants and cafes, as well as to the train station. In just 45 minutes, you can drive over Weilheim to the mountains for hiking, climbing or skiing in winter. Great ski resorts, for example Garmisch with its famous Kandahar slope can be found here. Munich is also not far and can be reached quickly by train or car via the A96. (Oktoberfest) Wi-Fi is available in the house for guests. Use is free of charge. The garage is available for bicycles. The apartment is close to the center and the lake. Both the lake and the center are within a 10-minute walk. The idyllic Upper Bavarian Diessen offers an abundance of cozy restaurants and cafés as well as the jetty. With the ships of the Bavarian Shipping Company, you can not only reach all the places around Lake Ammersee on an idyllic crossing, but also enjoy beautiful tours with wonderful views of the nearby Alps and the Zugspitze. By train (BRB, S-Bahn) you can quickly reach Munich. The train station is about a 10-minute walk from the apartment. Also at the train station is the bus station with connections in all directions. After another 5 minutes' walk, you will reach the jetty. From here you can reach all places around Lake Ammersee according to a fixed schedule. Other things to note Please understand that for the high season early bookings - more than 4 weeks in advance - can only be accepted with a minimum rental period of 7 days. Check-in is set to "flexible." But I also have other obligations and am not always at home. Please arrange the planned arrival time with me in advance. Please also call as early as possible on the day of arrival and let me know if your arrival time is delayed.
