This special place in Newburgh downtown is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. George Washington headquarter, Liberty street restaurants, River Front park and marina, Downing Park are in walkable distance. Historical 19th century building still has some artefacts, and brick walls. Heated floors, A/C. Sweet and lovely apt. Not suitable for elderly or small children because it has a steep historical staircase to the second floor bedroom. Private outdoor space is available. The space It is a cozy Pied -a -Terre in a historical area. The building has been renovated with loving care by the owners who are present in a separate apartment. It has modern appliances, heated floors and has A/C. Parking for one car in the driveway or street. We have to say something about all the historical buildings in our neighborhood that are being renovated, to bring back the elegance of these old Victorian houses.  We have done this and chosen to live there. Once again, Newburgh is to be the best city to live in.
