This lovely renovated cottage is only 200m from the pristine shoreline of Safety Beach. Retaining many original features yet smartly adapted for modern living it offers a cozy, relaxing & unique experience. It can sleep up to 8 people (extra fees apply after 2 guests-see Guest Access). It’s well located to walking & cycling tracks, food mart, take away shop, boat ramp and playgrounds. The cool Dromana cafe/bar vibe is only 4 mins drive away. Dogs are allowed but please check strict rules below. The space Light-filled rooms with a calming, coastal/boho decor provide comfortable living. With a double carport, a private back deck with outdoor seating and BBQ and a shady front yard it’s suitable for families, couples or small groups of friends. The house is located 1 street back from the beach, about 3 min walking. - Fully equipped modern kitchen is supplied with oven, gas cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine (Aldi Expressi), fridge & huge pantry. Tea and coffee are provided. - Highchair and baby bath are provided. - New laundry has washing machine, bar fridge, iron & ironing board, cleaning equipment. - Hairdryer and soaps provided in bathrooms. -Fresh, quality linen and towels are supplied for your convenience. - 50" Smart TV (BYO streaming Apps). - Reverse cycle heating and cooling for your comfort. Guest access Please Note: We do things a bit differently in order to keep the house affordable for couples. Your booking is NOT for the whole house; the Base Price accommodates 2 guests sharing 1 Queen sized bed. Please add the correct number of people you'd like to have during your stay to have access to other bedrooms as these doors will be locked. (Only one queen bed will be provided with linen and towels unless more guests are selected). Additional cost of $30 per guest per night applies after the first 2 guests. The house is also perfect for groups of friends so if you require separate beds that's perfectly ok - just send me a message and let me know. Also, you'll never share the house with other guests, you have sole use of the property. Other things to note Dog Owners: Please make sure you seek pre-approval if you'd like to bring a pet. We'd like to know the breed and age of your dog so just drop us a message to let us know.
