80 m2 property ideally located between Lyon and Saint-Étienne. Our house is located 100 meters from a park (pétanque court) and a 10-minute walk from the natural swimming of Lorette. The Pilat Natural Park is 5 minutes away by car. Great for hikes or bike rides! The space This house is our main residence. Entire accommodation in a quiet area of 80 m2 with two bedrooms. We have a garden on the back of 750m2 fully fenced. There is space to park vehicles outside for free. Guest access Buses pass in Lorette 5 minutes' walking from the house. The train to Lyon or Saint-Étienne is in Rive-de-Gier (5 minutes by car). Lorette is located by car 15/ 20 minutes from Saint-Étienne and 30/ 35 minutes from Lyon. We do the cleaning, but it's complicated to remove all the hairs in a house. We also have two aquariums and two chickens.
