Sunny and bright studio apartment in the heart of Colombo. The apartment is spacious, smartly furnished with a well-equipped pantry, one bedroom, an en suite bathroom and a small living area. You can enjoy your morning & evening coffee on the two terraces outside throughout the year. It provides a blend of a warm homely atmosphere with a luxury feel, just the perfect space to enjoy your visit to Colombo. The space The apartment is on top of our existing house and the construction was completed in November 2017. This is a great studio, homely and inviting with self-catering facility, one bedroom (King sized bed), air conditioning, flat screen TV with pay-tv channel and one En-suite bathroom. This property is secure and private with a well-lit separate entrance. The property is located down a road that is accessible and has a very convenient location not too far off to go around the city. The mini pantry in the studio is equipped with a mini bar sized fridge, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, crockery and cutlery. You will also find tea, coffee, sugar and some basic spices available for your use. The En-suite bathroom has Hot/Cold water available at all times and there is free Wi-Fi available 24/7 within the property. A washer and dryer as well as an iron are also available inside the studio. The space includes a comfortable couch and an optional third bed on request in the case 3 people wishes to share the space subject to additional charges. Additional services: - Two bicycles are available for rent for an additional charge of US$10 per day per bicycle during your stay along with safety gear. A refundale deposit of US$100 will be charged upfront - Breakfast options available: A few groceries are available to make your own english breakfast upon request for an addtional US$4 per person per meal. Only the supplies will be provided for you to cook it in the apartment. This will include 1 Egg, 2 Sausages, 1 pack of Cereal (100g), Small pack of Milk, 2 silces of Bread, Jam, Butter Guest access The apartment has a well-lit separate entrance which can be accessed with a keypad lock. Please note: The apartment is on the second floor; you must climb stairs, 37 steps to access the main door. Other things to note Durng your stay, my co-host Nihal would be happy to help you with any information or doable requests! • Closest super market: 7 minutes walk, 2 minute drive • Closest hospital: 15 minutes walk, 5 minute drive • All attractions in Colombo are with 15 minutes drive from the property Important! ----Guests are required to submit scanned copies of passport bio pages of all occupants 5 days prior to arrival ---- —-No additional guests allowed other than those whose passport has been submitted ---- ----No heavy cooking allowed since this is a studio apartment. For a pleasant stay for everyone who visits our home, guests are requested to keep cooking limited to light meals only. Any kitchen appliances, dishes etc used must be washed, dried and kept back in the right places-----
