Mountain chalet

I rent the upper part of my chalet (car and eco-construction) with the outdoor space in front, located in a subdivision of a dozen houses at the bottom of the village. One bedroom (140 cm bed) on the ground floor and another (140 cm bed too) upstairs. The equipment is simple, without microwave or dishwasher. The space Particular care has been taken in the choice of materials used (wood wool/hemp insulation, earth coating on the walls...) and the location of the house. The materials used have been selected by "Les Matériaux Verts". Bioswitches are installed on the electrical panel to cut off the residual electric field when everything is turned off. The house was designed according to the principles of geobiology. The chosen electricity supplier is Enercoop, a cooperative offering 100% renewable electricity, and photovoltaic panels have been installed on the roof of the chalet. Guest access I therefore rent the upper part of my chalet and its outdoor space located in front. I keep the studio located in the basement of the cottage for myself, as well as the outdoor space behind the cottage. Other things to note No pets allowed. The chalet is intended for 4 and no more (or a baby). If you don't want to do the cleaning, a contribution of €50 will be requested.
