Our 85m2 apartment is situated on the first floor of a unique historic villa, surrounded by a garden, yet in the heart of Split. With only 5 apartments in the villa, and small streets around it, you will wake up in the quiet and peaceful comfort of this spacious flat. You can have breakfast on the sunny south-oriented balcony and enjoy the green sight or head straight to the beach at 15 minutes' walking distance. The space The apartment has a spacious lobby, two toilets, two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and balcony.Tehre 's a closet in the lobby to leave jackets and shoes. First bedroom has a double bed, closets and a balcony with a garden view. The second bedroom has two separated beds and two windows with garden view. The spacious living room has two windows with a garden view, smart TV, dining table and two sofas. Kitchen has a window with a garden view, utilities and a dining table. The flat has an intercom.
