Maple Leaf home/Olde Brighton/10 mins to downtown

The suite is in the walk out lower level of our home in what is know as Olde Brighton. You are a pleasant 12 minute walk to Downtown Charlottetown, the waterfront “Boardwalk” and Victoria Park with its expansive view along the Ocean. Victoria Park is home to the Lieutenant Governor's residence, open daily to the public with free admission. It is a wonderful area to host a picnic, take in a swim in the large, free, outdoor pool or enjoy the large well-designed children’s playground. The space If your stay is longer than 14days an extra cleaning fee of $75. will apply so that we can change the linens and do a complete clean. Guest access Full kitchen and living/dining area. You are welcome to use the covered front veranda or back deck as well as the small bistro table just outside your space. Other things to note Once you receive the entry code prior to your arrival after entering the code turn the knob to open. To lock again just press the top button and turn the knob to lock. Wifi is Op515, pw: hedgehog. Please note that the washer and dryer are for long term stays but exceptions can be made. Please do provide your own detergents. No camping gear, horse blankets or other bulky items. Thank you for your consideration. The dehumidifier remains on during the high humidity summer months. If you wouldn’t mind emptying it once a day that would be appreciated. Please feel free to turn it off at night or anytime during your stay. if you find it too noisy. Please do plug it back in when you go out. Again, our thanks. Please do your best to adhere to PEI’ s recycling/waste program. The brochure on the table offers some guidelines. Please do NOT put food waste of any kind in with garbage as PEI has a strict recycling program. The little green bin under the sink is for food waste Upon check out just leave your leftovers in the fridge or cabinets and we will separate. It is much easier than having to glove and pull stuff out of the garbage that shouldn’t be there. Don’t worry if you don’t get it right. There is a black bin for garbage and green bin for food waste on the North side of the house if you would like to use it. Please park on the far right on the circular driveway, leaving room for a vehicle on your left.
