Chalet with exceptional views

My family and I would like to share our home with you, a bright and cozy house where you will find different corners that will make you feel calm and peaceful. Our house is bright, comfortable and spacious. We emphasize that just a few meters from the house, you can find the mouth of the Pedras River in the sea, so we offer you a privileged place near which you can bathe in fresh or salt water. The space Towards the middle of an alley where numerous family homes are located, you will find our little house on the right. You will recognize it immediately for being white and for its modern design. Passing the gate, you will find the upper property, where you can park 3 cars inside. The first thing you will see is the porch, with a table and chairs to enjoy the tranquility of eating outside. Entering the house we find, on the right, the kitchen, the dining room and, in the back, the living room. The room has a sofa bed for 2 people. On the left you can find a closed room, because there we need to store our belongings until we find a better solution. Going up the stairs you will find a landing between the two rooms, with a sofa to enjoy the splendid views offered by the first floor. It also has access to the terrace. You can also access this terrace, with spectacular views, from one of the rooms we put at your disposal. In the second room you'll find a jacuzzi tub. Both rooms have a double bed, bedside tables and a desk, as well as large closets and a bathroom. The third room is on the ground floor, and has a single bed. You will find on the outside of the house a large estate that is in the process of improvement, because the grass is in the wild, we promise to improve it over time ;) It also has some other fruit tree (we give you permission to pick its fruits if they are in season!). Guest access You can access all areas of the house and the property, except for one room that we have closed because we need it to store our personal belongings. Therefore, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, the landing, the terrace, the kitchen, the living room, the porch and the property are available. Other things to note It has enough space to park 3 cars comfortably. It has a dishwasher. CHECK-IN: after 4:00 pm. CHECK-OUT: before 11:30 a.m.
