It is a spacious and charming place, surprising in its beauty, capable of accommodating up to 20 people in 10 bedrooms equipped with private bathrooms. Of our own we have added special attention to eco-sustainability starting with organic farming and ending with renewable energies such as the latest biomass heating systems and photovoltaic panel system. To our guests we offer an authentic welcome, the presence and attention needed to feel comfortable and live freely your vacation. Inside the villa you can enjoy all the spaces: the fully equipped kitchen (including dishes) 2 dining rooms with fireplaces ( for 35 people) the large living room with fireplace and piano 10 large bedrooms with 2/3 beds and private bathroom provided with sheets, towels and soap. Outside the villa: 2 gardens the swimming pool (open from June to September) 400 meters away from the villa. THE OUTSIDE. The villa is surrounded by two gardens. The “Rose Garden,” is an intimate place, equipped with tables chairs, barbecue and wood-fired pizza oven. Under the shade of the laurels, wonderful and lush trees, you can find tables for two or four. Under the pergola, on the other hand, you will find long tables suitable for several people. It has a wonderful view of the surrounding woods. The Large Garden, on the other hand, is ideal for strolling or simply resting while admiring the sunset. THE LOCATION. La Chiara di Prumiano is located in a truly privileged position. Surrounded by woods, vineyards and olive groves, we are halfway between Siena and Florence, close to San Gimignano, Volterra, Certaldo, two hours from the sea, close to places of extraordinary artistic and historical importance. San Donato in Poggio, the nearest town, is also within walking distance if you feel like taking a nice walk (it is about 5 km away), as is Barberino Val d'Elsa. In both towns you will find all the main public services, bank, pharmacy and supermarket. We can also help you organize itineraries, which will surprise you with their beauty and particularity.
