Beautiful quiet Victorian house in central Exeter

We’ve almost finished renovating our early Victorian house, and offer you two bedrooms, a lounge, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and loo. This is our home for most of the year, so it is well loved and equipped with all essentials. Both bedrooms look onto lots of trees, so expect to hear the birds. There is surprisingly little traffic noise for such a central location. There is parking for one car, and a sunny garden with fruit trees and a picnic table. The space There is a large king-size bedroom on the second floor, with an extremely comfortable bed. On the first floor there is a large bathroom (with shower and bathtub), a separate loo, and a double bedroom (which is normally our guest room or office) . On the ground floor, there is a lounge, a dining room, and the kitchen.
