Other things to note This property requires a 30 day minimum stay. Our condo offers very comfortable accommodations for 2 guests. However our unit sleeps a maximum of 4 people. If guests want to have overnight visitors there is an additional cost of $75.00 per person per nite and they need to contact us. As per HOA rules, names of overnight guests are required 2 weeks prior to arrival.
