Century Bay Private Residence is built on an amazing location in Penang island. This is a quiet and peaceful area, and the apartment has a nice view over the garden and swimming pool. The apartment is also well equipped with various facilities that our in house guest can enjoy. It’s a perfect place for relaxing and adventure. Our place is suitable for everyone, from business travellers, tourist to family. The space During your stay at Century Bay Private Residence, you will be taken care by your designated host Justin & Susan. They are more than happy to assist you if you ever face any problem during your stay. Upon check in, you will be given a welcome note where their contact number will be written on it. Whenever you need any assistance during your stay such as requesting for extra towel or housekeeping, feel free to contact your host by whatsapp and we will get it organize for you. The contact number will be written on the welcome sheet. Please try to let us know your request during the day time and we will surely try our best to fulfill your request. If you request during night time, please allow us to have more time to respond to your request. The best time to check in will be in between 2pm to 9pm because after that we will be going for our rest. But if your really couldn’t make it within the time stated above, then the latest time for check will be till 12am. Please try to be earlier than that, as our receptionist as well needs a good night sleep. Thank you for your consideration. While for check out, it will be at 12pm. If you wish to extend a few more hours of stay, then a charges of RM30 per hour will be applied. Kindly inform our receptionist on your special request for late check out, so they will take note on it. Last but no least, early check in and late check out are subject to room availability. Guest that are driving do not have to worry about parking problem as every guest will be entitled to 2 sheltered car park bays which is located at the ground floor of our building. If you happen to have visitor, kindly inform them to register at the security concierge and we will lead them to the visitor parking area. We encourage you to just have one visitor at a time for security purpose. We are on Unifi which offers high speed internet connection. Our guest can enjoy uninterrupted high speed internet during their stay. Our usual wifi password will be “abc1234567890”. However if the network name starts with ie. ”suite 1501”, then the wifi password will be the same as the network name which is “suite1501”. If your tummy is growling and craving for some nice food, head over to our in house cafe Burgers & Bites which is located at level 2. We serve burgers, light bites and also beverages. Breakfast vouchers are also available for purchase at only RM12.00 per pax and it starts from 7 am till 11am every morning. Please take note that our last order will be at 10:45am. Early bird catches the worm, so better be early to enjoy a wholesome breakfast with us and start your day right. Not to mention, we also have 3 lovable golden retrievers by the name of Chelsea, Bailey and Bambi. They are one happy family living with us and bring lots of joy to all our guest. This also makes us a pet friendly hotel, hence you are always welcome to bring along your furry kids for a vacation. Other than dogs, we also have two adorable cats called Charlotte and Gabriel. They are a bit shy at first, but they get along easily once they are familiar with you. All our lovely pets can’t wait to meet their new friends, so remember to bring yours along. Guest access In house guest are welcome to use all the facilities that we offer such as the cross fit centre, gym room, swimming pool, steam room, basket ball court, pool table, pingpong table and also the lounge area at level 2. Other things to note Kindly take note for guest that will be staying for more than 15 days,electricity charge will be calculated based on the meter reading at rm 0.70 per unit.
