Junyhouse B is located on 1st floor and guest can use a house with 2 rooms and 1 bathroom alone. The size of the house is 534 square feet. Near the house are Grocery store, restaurant, convenience store,cafe and hospital. NamsanTower, Namdaemun and Myeongdong are within walking distance and the old palace, Itaewon and National Museum take 20 min by bus. It takes 7min on foot to Seoul Station Exit 12 where train Line 1 , 4 and Airport Railroad and 15min on foot to the KTX(KoreaTrain Express)Exit. Juny House is a multi-family house on the 3rd floor. The 1st and 2nd floors are Air bnb guest houses. The host family lives on the 3rd floor. It is located in a residential area, so events and parties are not allowed. Juny House B's entrance is on the 1st floor, but the inside of the room is semi-basement. Please note that the lighting is not good due to the location. There is a separate front door, so it does not infringe on the privacy of guests. If there is an emergency or inconvenience, you can always contact us 24 hours a day. Our accommodation does not have a parking space. There is a public parking lot in Huam Market within a minute. The fare is ₩1,800 per hour. The house is available for 4 guests. Extra guests are charged $15 after 1 guest. Juny house B is located on the 1st floor. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom. Guest can contact the host by email, cellphone and text messages. Guest cannot smoke in the house and near the house. Please take off shoes in the house 🙂
