This space is designed to accommodate families, groups of friends, or couples seeking comfort, space, and a breathtaking view. The space The apartment features two main bedrooms and two additional sleeping spaces, offering comfort and privacy for families or groups of up to 6 people. Bedroom 1: Double bed, spacious wardrobe, abundant natural light Bedroom 2: 1 double bed. Additional space featuring Bedroom 3: 1 bunk bed (ideal for children or extra guests). 🛋️ The living room is spacious, bright and with a direct view of the sea — perfect for relaxing, reading or sharing good times in a group. 🍽️ The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishes and utensils — everything you need to feel at home. 🚿 1 bathroom — consisting of a shower, practical for larger groups. The apartment is designed to provide comfortable, functional and memorable stays — whether for a summer vacation, a romantic getaway or a weekend with friends. Guest access During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. 🔑 You can freely use: All bedrooms and lounging areas The living room, ideal for relaxing overlooking the ocean The fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need to prepare meals The bathrooms The balcony/area with ocean view, perfect for a coffee at sunset ☕🌅 In addition, you will have access to the building and main entrance, as well as the common spaces of the building (such as the hall or stairs). With direct access to the beach, just open the door and take a few steps to feel the sand under your feet and the relaxing sound of the Atlantic waves. Explore a wild and authentic beach, where nature still dictates the rhythm of the days. Stroll along the seafront in the company of seagulls, watch the local fishermen launch themselves into the sea in their wooden boats and pull nets full of fish straight to shore — one of the last places in Portugal where the Xávega art is still practiced. If you want, you can even participate in this activity and, with a little luck, take fresh fish with you for lunch. For an even more unique experience, you don't even have to leave the house: the art of Xávega takes place right in front of the apartment. From the balcony, you can watch live as the fishermen pull in their nets and unload the fish — a rare and fascinating tradition. On the balcony you will also find a barbecue overlooking the sea. Just start heating up the coals… while the fish are still jumping in the nets.
