My cosy house in leafy Muswell Hill is located just 10 mins from Highgate Station on the Northern Line and Finsbury Park on the Victoria Line. 1 minutes walk will find you on the Broadway - full of delightful independent shops, boutiques, organic store, cinema, fishmonger and Muswell Hill Cheeses - Voted London's Most Loved Shop! Nearby Crouch End, Highgate and Hampstead Heath offer veritable delights and access to beautiful nature. Additionally Luton and Stansted Airport are easily accessible. The space Away from the hustle and bustle of the centre you will have a pleasant, quiet sleep in lovely surroundings after visiting London! My modern house has recently been refurbished in a modern and eclectic style. Guest access I offer access to all common facilities unless it disturbs other housemates or involves intensive cooking. Towels, soaps, shower gel and shampoo are all included in the cost. Filtered chilled water is available in the kitchen. Additionally the house is equipped with fast fibre optic broadband and your sleeping area has a television with Netflix and Amazon Prime and large collection of DVDs included. During your stay I am an active and friendly professional who works in the Film Industry. If I'm not away on location or in the studio it is entirely your choice if you wish to join me for a nice chat or if you'd rather rent the room without interaction. Other things to note The house boasts a direct idyllic walking route to Alexandra Palace. This makes it ideal for anyone wishing to enjoy a top concert, exhibition, London's oldest theatre or visit the ice rink! Please note there no are 'no shoes' policy in the house. On arrival you will be given a set of keys to the home. If you lose the keys to the Home you will be charged for the entire replacement of locks and or the cost of rekeying of the locks .
