It's a very quiet and noise-sensitive neighborhood. The space The house has 2 large bedrooms, with large beds for 4 people, with air conditioning (hot/cold) throughout the house. Bedrooms have A/C and fans with light in the ceiling. Fully furnished, including garden and pool furniture. EVERYTHING IS PRIVATE: pool, solarium, barbecue and parking for 2 cars, gardens, area with fruit trees, 3 covered porches, all located on a 800 m. flat plot with plenty of free space. The area is quiet, there are bars, a bakery with a small supermarket, two minutes from the house and a large hypermarket at the entrance of the development. El Vendrell is 1 km away, where you will have all the amenities and 5 km from the beach. The price is included, tableware, glassware, cooking utensils, towels and bedding. And a room for cleaning with closet, iron and washing machine. Final cleaning is included, we only ask that you leave the house as you received it. NO pets Smoking IS not allowed inside the home.
