The space Elegant, modern and inviting, Casa Baltazar is a brand new beachfront property offering spacious villas, a rooftop deck, and a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen. Its azure blue pool and relaxing gazebo sits in the midst of fine white sand. A mere 50 steps out takes you to ankle deep waters, and 50 meters further into the waters of Matabungkay lies a small coral reef to explore. Cap your day with magnificent sunset views aloft a floating hut sipping frozen mojitos, or lazing in your large, bedroom balcony. Guest access Each villa in Casa Baltazar accommodates 6 guests as comfortably as it does 2. Guests have access to fully air-conditioned ocean & garden view rooms with balconies, modern and immaculate bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The gazebo, rooftop deck, and pool are accessible for any booking, along with the spacious area by the beachfront. Tours and the use of water equipment can be arranged for the guests. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE WHEN MAKING YOUR REQUEST: WE CHARGE ON A PER GUEST BASIS AND CAN ACCOMMODATE MAX 32 PEOPLE ONLY. DO NOT PUT 1 GUEST ONLY IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 1 GUEST, else we will deny your request. If you are larger than 32 guests, please do not make a request - we cannot accommodate. If you are 16-32 guests total, please send a request for 16 guests and we will give you a special offer. If you are <16 guests, please put the correct # of guests. Mobile phone & wifi signal is sporadic in Matabungkay. We provide linen (bedsheets, blankets, pillows) and basic toiletries (tissue paper, soaps). Please bring your own towels and shower essentials. You are also welcome to bring food to eat or cook; we have full kitchens available for you to enjoy.
