"Bagala Cottage" 5 star comfort on an opal field!

Treat yourself to a true 'ridge camp experience, while enjoying 5 star comfort, only 1.5ks from the town centre. A striking self contained cottage, completed January 2021, surrounded by established desert garden and native bushland. Super comfy inside and outside you can relax in the bush kitchen, enjoy a game of table tennis or watch a romantic sunset on the front verandah. Your privacy is assured however I live close by and am available to welcome you and answer any questions. The space I enjoy sharing my patch of paradise which was originally two mining claims and is now half a hectare of tranquil bush garden. My home is on one claim and Bagala Cottage is on the other. "Camp life" in Lightning Ridge is not known for its luxury however Bagala Cottage delivers every modern comfort while providing the ambience of a unique lifestyle. Guest access Full access to the entire space including the bush kitchen, which was part of the original camp, and is a lovely spot to relax and BBQ. Other things to note After two years of hosting I feel confident to recommend at least a three night stay.
