Walkable to the shops & restaurants in Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, our condo is perfect for a couple or a small family. (max 2 adults) Enjoy a King bed & sofa bed (for kids), a mini crib & baby gear. This 620 sq ft condo has a living & dining area, kitchen w/ a full fridge, & a dishwasher, too! We would love to host you! I provide a concierge level of service, including custom recommendations, the best tips, and answers to any questions that you may have! Located in the Village of South Walton in Seacrest Beach, our 620-square-foot one-bedroom condo is one of the only actual one-bedroom units around. It has a private balcony overlooking the two pools! This unit has been updated with a brand new KING-sized bed and mattress. It offers a dedicated living room and dining area, as well as a kitchen with counter seating. The sofa bed also has a new mattress (4.5' memory foam)—perfect for the kids! The kitchen has a full-size fridge (with an ice maker) and a dishwasher, too! While it does not have an oven/stove, it is stocked with a convection microwave oven, toaster oven, toaster, two-burner electric cooktop, blender, crockpot, full-size coffee maker, and countertop Keurig. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, Pyrex, dishes, cooking utensils, and everything else you should need for a short stay! Our condo is baby-friendly and includes a Delta mini crib with a 3" mattress (upon request, max weight 30 lbs, 35" tall). We also have a booster seat, baby dishware and utensils, blackout shades, a sound machine, baby books, sand toys, a puddle jumper lifejacket, and more! Two beach chairs and an umbrella are available in our condo for you to use. Our deeper pool is heated as needed during cooler months. Bike rentals are available downstairs at Peddlers Pavillion as well as live music nightly in peak season. Please read the photo descriptions for more details as you check out Our Little Retreat! Guest access Guests at the Village of South Walton can enjoy our pool deck, which includes two adjacent pools, a hot tub, and deeded Seacrest Beach access through the Villas at Sunset Beach community. The large pool and hot tub are heated as needed year around. The second pool is a zero-depth entry wading pool with a 2ft max depth that your little ones will love! Our deeded neighborhood Seacrest Beach access is just a short 5-7 minute walk, or take the free tram that runs March-October. The larger public Inlet Beach Regional Access, complete with ramps, etc, is also just a mile East. Peddlers Pavilion is downstairs, where you can listen to live music at night (*seasonal) and rent bikes to explore the area! Other things to note Maximum 2 adults per booking. Or 2 adults, 2 kids + baby in total. Due to occupancy limits and fire code, ALL guests must be included in your booking’s guest count. Air mattresses / additional guests are not permitted.  The sofa bed is intended for children ages 12 and under only and has a max weight limit of 250 lbs total. Mini crib must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Max weight 30lbs, 35" tall. Parking at the Village of South Walton is free and first come, first serve. No parties. Must be age 25+ to rent. Absolutely no pets per HOA regulations. Golf carts / LSVs are not permitted at The Village of South Walton or anywhere on the east end of 30A including Seacrest Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Alys Beach. * STRICTLY ENFORCED Violations are subject to fines, cancellation, and evictions without a refund.
