Embrace the comfort of this lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Braddon, just one kilometre from the city centre and a minute stroll to Lonsdale Street for some of the best dining experiences in Canberra. You will have access to all of the property amenities throughout your stay. The space BEDROOM: All 3 bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with fresh linen. The linen is professionally cleaned and pressed for your stay. Also, the bedrooms have plenty of space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The main bedroom has an ensuite while the other two rooms share another detached bathroom. I will provide complimentary towels, toilet paper, shampoo and body wash. KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking basic meals and the open-planned living makes it an enjoyable experience. The kitchen has the following amenities: - fridge/freezer - microwave - stovetop/oven - dishwasher - plates, glasses, and utensils - cooking pots and pans We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a smart TV that you can use to access your Netflix. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your account. Note: There is also a TV in one of the bedrooms. :) The blinds are very sophisticated, kindly operate gently. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use. PARKING: The parking garage can fit up to 1 car. There is also a paid street parking on Torrens Street. Additional paid parking garage on Girrawheen Street. Note: Please do not impede the car space next to the allocated parking space as this is a neighbours parking space. Guest access Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge. Other things to note Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages. Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided. NOTE: The dishwasher is working well. Sometimes, the compartment doesn't open automatically so my advice is to use a dish tablet, not a detergent and put it in the compartment or throw it directly into the dishwasher, it doesn't matter at all. We don't provide HDMI cable however, you can bring your own if you wish to connect your laptop to the TV.
