There is a parking lot in front, and the entrance to the apartment located on the ground floor is right next to the parking lot. On the other side of the house there is a vineyard, olive grove and garden and the terrace of the apartment gives a beautiful view of them. Of course, you can always take a walk through our vineyard and olive grove, and children will enjoy the spacious meadows or hiding among the olive trees. The owner is obliged to inform the guest about his entry into the apartment in the first next contact. • It is forbidden to destroy equipment and furniture, cause riots and in particular it is forbidden to make noise between 23.00 to 6.00. • The contents of the apartment may be used only by persons who are registered as guests, however the host may, at the request of the guest, authorize any visits at a specified time. • Weapons, explosives and flammable materials are not allowed. • The use of equipment and devices that are not an integral part of the offer of the apartment is allowed only with the consent of the host. • Pets are not allowed in the apartment. • Is not allowed to move furniture inside the apartment. • If there is a disappearance or damage to installations, furniture, appliances, equipment of the apartment, the guest is obliged to inform the host. If the disappearance or damage was caused by the fault of the guest, the guest is obliged to compensate the appropriate equivalent. • It is forbidden to take out devices and equipment (towels, blankets, etc.) from the apartment. • In case of non-compliance with house rules, the host has the right to cancel the guest's further provision of services. • Give your personal information to the host immediately upon arrival, in order to register at the Tourist Office. • You can communicate your remarks, wishes and compliments to the host, who is at your disposal during your stay. Special notes for using massage pool: * take a shower before entering the pool, do not use sun creams, do not bring food, be careful because it is slippery, do not leave children unattended.
