It can accommodate up to 4 people. It offers a large living room with fireplace, a cozy kitchen, 1 toilet and 2 bedrooms with queen size beds (160 x 200), a bathroom with toilet upstairs, an office area in one of the bedrooms. In summer you can enjoy the beautiful terrace and its huge private garden with a thousand corners. A parking space is reserved for you. You will benefit from the entire accommodation and will be free to use all the amenities. Unlimited internet, TV, equipped kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine. Guest access You have access to all the rooms of the house, only one room is not accessible and locked. You have a parking space reserved for you. Cleaning fee includes housekeeping on arrival and after departure as well as linens and towels, toiletries and coffee/tea for your arrival. Please note that cleaning does not include cleaning the barbecue, if you use it you must leave it clean when you check out or a cleaning fee of 20 euros will be charged. Only one set of keys will be given to you for your stay. You will be asked to present the ID in person corresponding to the booking upon key handover. Feel free to share more about your arrival time. Check-in times are between 2pm and 6pm. Outside of these times and subject to availability, a surcharge of €20 will be requested. No check-in after 11pm. When you leave, please leave the accommodation as you found it when you arrived. Cleaning fees will be charged a second time if you do not respect the checkout time. Thank you for your understanding.
