This is a room rental in a suburban apartment which is conveniently positioned close to the beaches, shops, hi-ways, supermarket and popular tourist attractions. The public bus service is right across the road from the apartment block. I reside in the apartment and rent out one room. (sometimes, I am abroad so you would have the place to yourself). Please note : Electricity in Cyprus is expensive. Use it sparingly.. If you use the aircondioner at hot periods, please switch it off when not in the room, especially when exit the flat. Please note on monthly bookings electricity and water are charged extra on the monthly rate according to consumption. Free parking. Cyprus has a myriad of hidden treasures to explore. Read our guest brochure on arrival on how to discover our Island. The local cinema is located diagonally opposite the apartment block called K-Cineplex. The nearest supermarket is within walking distance - just 500m. Local beaches and central Larnaca are within 3-5kms. We have a list of popular pubs and restaurants in the apartment as well as maps and places of interest. Ayia Napa is half an hour's drive on the hi-way. Nicosia a 40 minute drive, Limassol an hour's drive, Pafos an hour and half drive. We are available to assist whenever possible. The complex is residential so it's family orientated. It is advisable to hire a car for the area. There are busses but not as conveniently frequent as a traveller or holiday maker would like. Guest access There is a lockbox for this listing. You can either check yourself in or someone will meet you to check you in, if you prefer. Other things to note Please note that paper, tampons wipes or anything else is not allowed to be thrown into to the toilet bowl. The sewerage system in Cyprus is limited and an imminent blockage will occur if paper goes into the toilet. Please use the bin provided for paper, tampons, wipes. Please do not leave the air-conditioning on when you leave the flat.
