Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160X200, 1 chest of drawers, 1 wardrobe and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 chest of drawers, 1 wardrobe, 1 bathroom with bathtub/shower, 1 sink, 1 WC, 1 laundry room with washing machine. Outside: parking space, 1 terrace with barbecue, 1 garden and access to shared solar-heated swimming pool (shared with neighboring property). The beds will be made upon your arrival (fitted sheet, duvet cover and pillowcases), the bath mat, tea towels and hand towels are provided. Toilet, pool and beach towels are not provided, rental of toiletry kits is possible (1 bath towel and 1 towel/person). Guest access The cottage is for the exclusive use of travellers. The accommodation is completely independent, you can enjoy the private terrace with barbecue, the garden with a swing for children and access to the swimming pool which is solely heated by the sun, with the temperature dependant on sunshine hours over the previous days, and night temperatures. It is open from May onwards depending on the weather. A private parking space is at your disposal. Other things to note Our animal friends are accepted as long as they remain discreet and respectful of the neighborhood. 1 bag of wood for the insert fireplace can be provided during the colder months upon your arrival. Access to the swimming pool remains the responsibility of the travelers, it is above ground and secured by a closed gate. It is heated by energy from the sun, and the water temperature is dependant of the hours of sunshine over the previous days and usually at a very pleasant temperature in summer. Equipment for children is available: cot, high chair, toilet seat, step for the sink and toys.
