Fully air-conditioned, with a private balcony and everything needed for a relaxed stay. Located just a 1-minute walk from Xlendi Beach, restaurants, shops, bus stop, and minimarket next door. A perfect base to enjoy Gozo Carnival while staying close to the sea in one of the island’s best locations. The space This bright and comfortable apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator and offers about 75 m² of inviting living space. There are two air-conditioned bedrooms: one with a double bed and direct access to a private rear terrace with seating, and the other with two single beds. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet, so everyone can enjoy their own space and privacy. For even more convenience, there is a third bathroom with a shower, making it easy for everyone to get ready without any rush. The open-plan living area features a sofa bed, a smart TV, free Wi-Fi, and a dining space. The kitchenette is fully equipped for preparing meals. From the living room, you can step out onto the front balcony and take in the lovely views over the valley and the center of Xlendi. It’s a perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring the beautiful island of Gozo. Guest access As our valued guest, you are welcome to enjoy all the amenities in the apartment. Feel free to use the fully equipped kitchen, the comfortable living area, the rear terrace with seating, and the front balcony with beautiful valley views. Guests also have access to the shared rooftop terrace, open during the season from 7:00–9:00 in the morning and from 18:00–22:00 in the evening. Children are welcome only with parental supervision, and we kindly ask you to always leave the terrace clean and tidy after use. Access to the apartment is reserved just for you and your travel companions. Please do not invite additional visitors without prior agreement.
