A private country house surrounded by greenery, a family summer residence dating back to the time of great-grandparents Giovanni and Sabina. We offer our guests three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the attic floor, as well as numerous common areas for shared use. The space The Lavanda room, with a private bathroom, and the Rosmarino and Menta rooms, which share a bathroom (collectively, the Rosmenta room), make up the BB Passaggi, located in the attic of a spacious rural family home. What makes this accommodation unique is the large green space that surrounds the house, the breakfast to be managed independently, the kitchen available to guests, and the personal welcome. Guest access Guests have access to a large garden with benches, deckchairs and hammocks, Wi-Fi coverage, a shared kitchen, a laundry room for a fee, and a barbecue. During your stay I am a walker and a skier, I know the mountains that can be reached from my house well and I will be happy to provide information about them. In the morning, guests will find everything they need in the kitchenette for a hearty breakfast at whatever time they wish, either outdoors or indoors. You can still find me nearby. Other things to note Self-service breakfast, just like at home: every morning, an artisanal treat awaits you along with a selection of organic products. For a slow and pleasant awakening, you can sit in the sun in the garden or in the kitchenette reserved for guests. Accommodation tax not included: €1.50 per person per night, to be paid in cash at check-in according to municipal regulations.
