Guest access House Rules: • Prior to check-in, please send your valid government ID to the apartment host through Airbnb chat. This is necessary as your information needs to be provided to the residence hall administrator for access to the unit. Any violation will result in a fine of Php 3000 per added person. • Confirm the check-in time by calling Ms. Mary Ann Franche at 09*******0 (International +63 9*********0). Standard check-in hours are from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Night check-in hours are PHP200 per hour from 4pm to 8pm. • Once the check-in time is agreed upon, send a valid government document, a vaccination certificate, and your phone number or email address to Ms. Mary Ann. • Take care of the apartment and its contents. Confirm the check-out time with Ms. Mary Ann (standard check-out time is 9 a.m., any time after incurs a fee of 200 PHP per hour). • Any damage or loss will be charged. Minor damage or loss incurs a penalty of Php 2000, and damage to electrical equipment incurs Php 5000, depending on severity. • Small pets are allowed with an EXTRA COST. • SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED INSIDE THE HOUSE. Smoking is allowed in the garden/patio. VIOLATION PENALTIES: • 1st offense: Php 1000 - Php 5,000; • 2nd offense: Php 5,000 - Php 10,000 • Follow the building/condominium rules. Leave it orderly. • Make special requests at least two days before arrival. • ***For LONG-TERM STAYS (25 nights onward), guests pay their Electricity Bill (consumed basis), WiFi Bill (Php 1700), and Resort Fee (Php 7000). **AZURE BEACH POLICY: • Operating hours: Wave Pool and Children's Beach: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Lap Pool: 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. • Pool use is reserved for Azure residents and endorsed guests through the PMO. • Register at the desk; exceeding free swim bands incurs Php 500 per person per shift per day. NO REFUND. • Take safety precautions; the Developer/Condominium Corp./Property Administration Office is not liable for incidents. • Children under 12 must be accompanied by adults. • Parents must supervise children in the pool area; no swimming in disposable or cloth diapers. • Proper swimwear is required to prevent damage to the pool filter system. • No food or drinks are allowed in the pool and pool deck area. • Water sports are not allowed. • No expectorating or blowing nose in the pool. • Persons with contagious diseases, open wounds, or wearing bandages are not allowed. • Lightning occurrence requires evacuation; swim bands remain non-refundab
