It is perfectly placed with meadows stretching out to pine forests at the southern end of the road. And walking north the pedestrianised Corso IV Novembre (the main street) of the City of Asiago begins just 300 metres away. The apartment is very quiet, even in the busiest tourist periods, as there are no through roads nearby. The apartment is on the second floor so it faces south with balconies to the east and west so that it is bright and encircled in sunshine. There are good views of most of the garden, neighbouring gardens and our very quiet road. On long stays local and visiting children tend to play together like in a holiday camp (villagio estivo). It benefits from beautiful views across the City of Asiago and across the east, south and west of the Altopiano to the closest ski slopes of Kaberlaba. The view from the front balcony includes the nearby Millepini Park and ice hockey stadium which are only a short walk away. The apartment can be reached on foot with a 600m walk with a trolley case from the coach station. Both the main entrance and off-road car parking are below the balcony on the west side. Plus we have our own garage with a bicycle below. Guest access You will have exclusive use of the whole apartment, the surrounding shared garden, off street parking directly below the apartment and also of an underground garage. Natural daylight and cycling repair equipment make this garage ideal as a workshop for cyclists and other similar sports enthusiasts. Other things to note Additional days stay: This is available subject to availability at the relevant day rate quoted on AirBnB for those dates, with at least 24 hours notice so we can rearrange cleaning. Please note that heating in alpine areas like Asiago is expensive and represents a considerably large chunk of the daily rental fee outside of the summer months.
