BEDROOM 3: Queen bed with aircond, ceiling fan and built-in wardrobe. Guest access The whole apartment, pool and gym. Come as guest and leave as my friend :) Please check my Amenities list before you book :) TV: The TV comes with basic digital TV channels (Channel 101 - 123 MyFreeView channels) PARKING: Following the latest Automatic Plate Number Recognition system implementation by the building management, the basement parking is currently only accessible by permanent Residents, effective November 4, 2024. HOWEVER, all my previous and most recent guests were granted access by the friendly security guards. So you can still request to use my resident parkings for free. Two parking lots are available at the basement level within the same building. I will provide my parking lot number in the Check In details. ELECTRICITY USAGE: Electricity allowance of RM20 per day for fair usage is included in your booking price. Any excessive usage will be billed after your stay. WASHING MACHINE & DRYER: Available for free inside the apartment with basic detergent powder provided. ACCESS CARDS: I can only provide 1 set of key and 2 lift access cards. EXTRA PILLOWS/TOWELS/BLANKETS/MATTRESS: The apartment currently have 3 beds, 12 sleeping pillows, 3 duvets (blanket) and 6 bath towels. Kindly bring your own if you need extras. EARLY CHECKIN THAN 3PM: Only possible if i have no other guest staying the night before your arrival. Can only confirm with you 1 day before your checkin date. LATE CHECKOUT THAN 12PM: Can only confirm with you 1 day before your checkout date.
