It is located in the city center and only 200 m from the train and bus station. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The 1st bus stop (free) is 50 m away. The space Refurbished and on the ground floor, our very cocoon-like accommodation includes: - Free Wi-Fi with workspace - Sitting area with sofa and TV - Fully equipped kitchen area (fridge, stove, oven/microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, dishes, etc.) - Sleeping area with double bed (bed linen provided) and large dressing room - Bathroom with shower and sink (towels provided) - Toilet separate from the bathroom - Washing machine - Private courtyard furnished with a table and 2 chairs. Guest access The condominium and accommodation are secured by an access code. The procedure will be communicated to you by text message on the morning of your arrival. Being in the street is paid parking, but free at noon from 12pm to 2pm, in the evening from 6pm to 9am and on Sunday all day. For the rest of the time there are totally free parking spaces a 10-minute walk from the property.
