Large Apartment, Little Cove

This is a tastefully renovated, north facing apartment with sea glimpses through Little Cove's green canopy. Everything is in walking distance - Little Cove Beach, Main Beach, the National Park and the shops and restaurants of Hastings Street The space There is a large terrace suitable for entertaining, BBQ, wireless internet, and a fully equipped, modern kitchen. The living areas are light filled and very spacious with high vaulted ceilings. There are only 4 apartments in the block and surrounding homes are owner occupied so it is very peaceful. This is a beautiful apartment in summer or winter. In winter the north facing terrace captures maximum winter sun, and in summer the sea breezes flow right through. We are nestled above Little Cove which means that there is an uphill walk on the way back from the beach. This may be a consideration for guests with poor mobility. However, the great advantage of the location is that there is no noise from the beach road. People often ask about exact distances, so here are my best estimates. Little Cove Beach - 2 minute walk. Main Beach - 650m, about 8 mins. National Park - 850m, about 11 mins. Currently our cleaners are very busy and short staffed. They need maximum flexibility between guests, so please don't request early check-ins or late check-outs at this time. There are internal stairs that lead to the main bedroom. For this reason the apartment is not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Guest access This apartment is not wheel chair accessible. The apartment is not suitable for children under 3 because of internal stairs, hard floor surfaces and glass balustrading that prevents the use of a baby gate. There is undercover accomodation for 1 car. Other things to note Noosa can get busy on school holidays, so check dates if you wish to avoid this time.
