In the very quiet Orangerie district, both easy to access for the city center and European institutions. The apartment overlooks a garden and is very bright; the 22 m2 bedroom has a separate entrance as well as a private shower room. The space The bedroom and its en-suite shower room have a separate entrance on the 3rd floor with a small elevator. The whole is on the upper floor of a duplex and I live on the lower floor. Private shower room for the bedroom but toilet (WC) to share with 1 other bedroom. Guest access The accommodation is located in a very quiet area along the Parc de l'Orangerie. The city center is easily accessible on foot in 15 minutes and many bus lines at the end of the street allow you to get there faster. The European institutions are a 7-8 minute walk away.
