Quiet modern double room in detached house on quiet modern estate. Own room, own shower room, wifi, access to tea, coffee, microwave, fridge. Cul de sac parking. Close to motorway and train network. 20mins on train to Birmingham, 15mins to Wolverhampton. Convenient for Black Country Museum, Dudley Zoo and Castle. Close to Brierley Hill, Stourbridge, Kidderminster, West Bromwich, Halesowen. Easy access to Bridgenorth, Telford, Shrewsbury. The space Very pretty, quiet estate only 20 years old. Good local community Guest access Microwave, fridge, Wi-Fi, kettle, tea, coffee. During your stay I run my business from home so am often working in the evenings but happy to assist with info or help as required. Just ask. I respect my guests privacy and try not to disturb but there maybe office type noise between 10am and 6pm whilst I am working. Other things to note Quiet estate but with easy access to motorways and rail network. Very convenient for Black Country Museum where yhey film Peaky Blinders. New shops and buildings added every year. Also Dudley Zoo, Dudley Castle, Dudley Canal & Canal Trust, Baggeridge Country Park, Himley Hall & Gardens.
