Neversink Sanctuary - "Private Riverside Camping"

The campsite is nestled on 3.5 acres on the peaceful bank of the Neversink River fed from the Neversink Reservoir nearby. You will have the campsite to yourself as the property is very private! It is placed down an embankment riverside with no neighbors around. The campers may see a kayaker passing by or a fisherman walking the riverbank on the other side of the river only. Bald Eagles Nest just across your site! Amazing views of birds and wildlife! The space Whether you prefer traditional camping or glamping, or maybe somewhere in between; it’s up to you at Neversink Sanctuary. Nestled on the peaceful banks of the Neversink River in the beautiful Catskill Mountains, our private campsite is the perfect place to relax and recharge. “The cabin at Neversink Sanctuary” is loaded with amenities such as a covered front porch, heat, electric, wi-fi, and a full outdoor kitchen.  Feel free to keep it simple and cook on the open campfire or use our propane grill and smoker Big Green Egg Komodo BBQ (yes, you read that right) to show off your culinary skills. Come enjoy kayaking, tubing, fishing, bird watching, or just exploring the tranquil waters of the Neversink River at this private location. It is not uncommon to experience bald eagle here at the sanctuary as there is a nest in view and one a bit further upstream.  Let the refreshing river waters wash your stresses downstream. Our site has plenty of room for additional tents and playing yard games such as can jam and cornhole which are provided for your enjoyment.  We have extra gear for convenience, zero gravity chairs, 5 ft table, and more! Coming this spring! New bathroom with electric incinerator toilet with hot water shower for the 2025 season!! Guest access Guests have full access to the river and site amenities. Other things to note No parking at the river. No cars or trucks are allowed down to the site. Parking is in front of my personal home with a short 350ft walk to the campsite. Thank you. Desmond
