Our place is good for travelers, businessman, balikbayan, students who wanted to stay in the heart of manila city. We also provide disinfectants and alcohol during your stay. All sheets are changed and sterilized between stays. We alot 1 day of cleaning before the next guest can check-in to ensure the entire loft is sterilized. Description of the Unit * It is a LOFT TYPE style condo with an area of 45 sqm. Located at the back of SM San Lazaro, and right beside Winford Hotel. It's a very accessible place and located near the train station, Universities, Hospital, Hotel and Malls. The place is very relaxing and clean, perfect for short or long stays. Seek owners consent prior allowing guest visitor to be entertained inside the rented unit ( for security purposes). 7. Guest are strictly prohibited to use the unit for any illegal activities. 8. Avoid necessary noise that may cause disturbance in the neighborhood. 9. Handle with care all items inside the unit. 10. Unplug all electrical appliances before leaving. 11. For any damages been incurred, guest will be liable & be charged with the corresponding price value of the item (Mall Price). 12. Avoid Vandalism of walls. 13. Do not Throw Used toilet paper in the toilet Bowl. 14. Always Lock the Door. The owner is not responsible for any loss & damage to guest personal belongings.
